Minimum stay is 5 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season (including all holidays)

Payment and Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit confirms a reservation and the balance is due sixty (60) days prior to guest arrival date. A minimum of sixty (60) days notice is required to cancel a reservation, after this time period, ALL monies paid will be non-refundable. Policies for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's week will differ. Payments are to be made by wire transfer to account details provided.
